to be an instrument for social justice for the women and children of the world. I accomplish this through powerful mentoring and coaching, utilizing my public speaking talents and my expertise as an "educator to action" person and by offering my well-honed political and social organizing skills to the causes I am passionate about. I am a leader who is a force for good. My intention is to live my life coming from my heart and bringing that love to all my relationships and endeavors. My entrepreneurial spirit creates abundant resources to bring my commitment to contribution to life.

Bio:

Jane Wells Schooley is an internationally certified leadership coach with over 35+ years experience as an entrepreneur and leader. She is Co-Founder & Co-Owner of Dutch Springs & Founder of Northstar Team Development and Northstar Women Leaders.  Additionally, she is core investor of Keller Williams Real Estate, Allentown Market Center.   Jane is owner of Difference Maker Leader, a CMBA (certified Master Behavioral Analyst) and a certified Olweus bullying prevention trainer and consultant to both educational institutions and businesses. Jane speaks professionally on topics related to the most disturbing business trends, multiple generations in the workplace, emotional intelligence, experiential education, issues women leaders face, behavioral styles, coaching and leadership development as well as Tapping your Inner Warrior.

Jane’s certifications include:  Emotional Intelligence, DISC, Strategic Planning through Leadership Strategies, Facilitating The Leadership Challenge and Coaching the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI 360).  Additionally, Jane is a member of the International Coach Federation, National Association of Female Executives, Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, Toastmasters, a participant in the National Speaker's Association- Philadelphia Chapter and a graduate of NSA-PHL Presentations Master Classes. Wells Schooley also serves on the YWCA Bethlehem Board of Directors and is the Chair of the Economic Equality Committee. Wells Schooley also mentors two college students in the BEST Scholars Program for all 4 years of their college experience.

Formerly, Jane served in various roles of CEO/Team Leader, leadership & sales seminar leader and productivity coach at Keller Williams-Allentown Market Center/Keystone Partners Group; Executive Director of the Pennsylvania State Democratic Party; Congressional candidate; former Political and Legislative Vice President-Action for the National Organization for Women and former Pennsylvania State University faculty member. Jane has her BA and MA from The Pennsylvania State University and completed her international coaching certification requirements and graduated from Australia’s International Coach Academy. Jane is an Athena Award recipient and has been recognized for servant leadership to her community particularly with the US refugee program, children's charities and Upward Bound.  Wells Schooley has been named a Woman of Influence, received the Lehigh Valley SUITS Award in the area of human resources, and was awarded the Presidential Points of Light Volunteer Service Award in 2017 for creating meaningful change in communities.  Wells Schooley received from the Association of Talent Development (ATD), the 2018 Talent Development Excellence Award for Leadership Development Excellence. 

Jane is the proud “grandmother” to 28 refugee children who live with their families in the Lehigh Valley and beyond; she is actively involved in their daily lives.  Jane is married to Stu Schooley since 1971.
