Casei Baxley is a graduate of West Virginia State University, with a degree in Economics and a degree in Business Management. Casei moved to New Braunfels, Texas in 2015 and began a career as an Executive Assistant in the real estate industry. In 2017 after obtaining her Texas real estate license and she began developing The Leverage Connection (TLC) supporting administrative development for real states professionals. In addition to TLC, she accepted a full-time position at Keller Williams Heritage as Director of First Impressions (DOFI). Since 2017, Casei has filled various roles within the Heritage market center growing from DOFI, Office Manager, Agent Services, Technology Trainer, Transaction Manager, and now Assistant Team Leader. With her experience in the real estate industry Casei is dedicated to sharing the knowledge, wisdom, and habits of top performers with anyone who wants to learn and grow.
