Rick and Teri Brenkus have been selling real estate for over 50 years and are owners of Keller Williams the Marketplace with 4 territories in Summerlin, Green Valley West Henderson Southwest.
Their company is the largest Keller Williams in the state of Nevada with locations on Charleston and Green Valley Parkway.
Teri was named GLVAR’s Instructor of the year. She is a certified trainer for The ONE Thing business workshop, The MERA leverage series, and for the non-profit organization, Quantum Leap for Young Adults.
Rick and Teri were part of the original mastermind group that contributed to Gary Keller’s bestselling book, The MREA - MILLIONAIRE REAL ESTATE AGENT. Their MEGA Team alone averages over 300 closings each year for the last 14 years!
The Wall Street Journal and Real Trends magazine ranked them in the top 50 teams by sides, out of 1.3 million agents nationally – 5 different times.
Rick and Teri’s greatest accomplishments are their three children Brianna, Gavin and Trent.
