Rachel Watson is a visionary dedicated to empowering and inspiring the leaders of tomorrow. Her mission is to help individuals build meaningful lives and leave impactful legacies through intentional relationships, purposeful businesses, and generational wealth. Rachel brings her passion to life through her diverse leadership roles and capacities.

Rachel currently occupies multiple roles that significantly impact the real estate industry. As a seasoned business owner, licensed Realtor®, Real Estate Investor, and the General Manager at Keller Williams Greater Springfield, in addition to her role as Regional Market Center Administrator for the Mid-American region, she leverages her extensive experience and expertise. With a track record that includes five years as a Market Center Administrator and recognition in the Keller Williams Realty International Hall of Fame, Rachel has demonstrated deep insights into the real estate market. Her adept management of operations and financials for a brokerage of over 450 agents highlights her leadership prowess. Furthermore, Rachel has been instrumental in mentoring and guiding agents by advocating the strategies and methodologies from "Millionaire Real Estate Agent" by Gary Keller, ensuring their success and growth in the industry.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Rachel finds joy in her personal life. She cherishes quality time with her husband, Trey, and their two dogs, often enjoying backyard grilling sessions at their home. Family and friends hold a special place in Rachel's heart, and she relishes every opportunity to connect with them. You may also find her engaging in activities like pickleball, golfing, serving at her local church, exploring new travel destinations, or discovering the latest culinary hotspots.

In 2023, Rachel took significant steps to enhance her engagement with her local community. She embarked on two major initiatives: launching the Tee 1 D Diabetes Foundation and founding The Flourishing Female. Alongside her husband Trey, Rachel partnered with the Ebbrecht family to create the Tee 1 D Diabetes Foundation under the auspices of the Community Foundation of the Ozarks. This foundation is dedicated to offering advocacy and support to those diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in the Springfield area, a cause deeply personal to both families. They identified a crucial need for increased education and community support in this area. Their first fundraising event last summer was a tremendous success, garnering over $20,000, far surpassing their expectations.

Later in the year, Rachel established The Flourishing Female, a local women's group with a mission to empower women to build a unified community. This organization promotes authentic relationships, celebrates diversity, and values every member, aiming to create a supportive environment where trust, growth, and lifelong connections are fostered. This enables every woman to thrive. Since its inaugural meeting, The Flourishing Female has fostered over 180 connections among local women and organized more than 10 meet-ups, providing valuable opportunities for women to network and support each other.
