To lead and empower people, through kindness, to a growth mindset in order to become a better version of themselves. Kindness + Integrity + Intellect + Responsibility = Success
My Vision: Human being kinder to one another. One act of kindness can change a life.
My Values: Work for the growth of community; lead with kindness and integrity; love hard
My Beliefs:
To impact those who come in my life in a positive manner.
Life is a matter of perspective, change the way you look at things and the things you look at change!
You can always find one good thing that happened in your day.
Focus on the positive.
Take action on your goals.
Power allows you to bring positive change to people's lives.
Money allows you to set into motion the change you want to see in the world.
My Perspective: Storms don't last forever. Find the good everywhere and you will see how your perspective starts changing. Never forgetting, you have to pour into yourself in order to pour into others.
Liliana Pickens graduated from the University of Puerto Rico in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature. She then went to work with a food distribution company, where she spent 20 years working as a purchasing agent. Today, she is the Team Leader of Keller Williams Legacy Realty in Kissimmee, Fl.
In 2007 Liliana started running, which changed her life in ways she never expected. In 2011 Liliana ran her first marathon and that sparked the need to help others in their running journey. In 2013 Liliana was certified as a running coach, through RRCA. In 2014, Liliana created the Lake Nona Run Club in an effort to bring the community together through running. Today, Lake Nona Run Club has over 100 athletes that are not only crushing their athletic goals with Liliana’s guidance, but are also making a difference in their community with volunteer efforts.
In 2018 Liliana co-founded Brincando El Charco Entertainment. Brincando El Charco’s mission brings Liliana to her Puerto Rican roots. Through conversations via podcast and community events she gets to talk to the Puerto Ricans around the world that had to leave home, as she once did. Preserving traditions, creating community and impacting Puerto Rico from afar are at the heart of this project.
