It is my mission to live a life of honesty, and integrity while making people laugh along the way. A smile is a powerful thing. I love helping people achieve their goal of becoming a homeowner, while never losing sight of what is important in creating a welcoming home.
It is my promise to constantly strive to be the best version of myself in all things including my career and relationships.
I have been licensed for over 20 years, have an accounting degree and grow up in a builder family and was a builder for many years. What does this mean to you? My 20 years show that clients find my honest and trustworthy. My accounting degree let you know that I'm good with number. Helping buyers figure out what they can afford and how they might finance it and helping sellers calculate there net sheet for a closing. With my building experience, I have a better understanding of the structure of the home. This can help with home inspections and help you with anything that may arise after purchase.
Personal: I was born in Minot and have lived here for most of my life. After meeting my wife on a visit back to the area, we decided to settle down and raise our family here. We have two wonderful girls, and enjoy living, working and playing in Minot.
Experience: I obtained my Real Estate license in 1996 and have been selling full time since 2001, help many family find a home suited for their lifestyle. I specialize in all types of residential property.
Education: I graduated from MSU in 1989 with a BS in Accounting. I have also completed the Dale Carnegie Course & even participated as a Graduate Assistant. In 2003, I obtained both my CRS, (Certified Residential Specialist) and my GRI (Graduate REALTOR'S® Institute) designations.
Professional Affiliations: Current member of Minot Board of REALTORS® (MBR), North Dakota Board of REALTORS® (NDBR), and Council of Residential Specialists.
