I'm on a journey to inspire through leadership and coaching after graduating from Baylor University, spending 12 years with IBM as a SW development Project Manager role and now 10+ years with Keller Williams. I've been an agent, a leader on an agent team and had the opportunity to help buyers, sellers and investors with over 450 home sales. I've has the honor of leading a 1000+ agent Market Center for KW Austin and am currently the Director of Team Leader Engagement & Community at Keller Williams HQ. I get to wake up every day and serve the leaders of our company through education and resource development. My husband of 13 years - JP Lewis - and I have 2 kids (17 and 12), multiple investment properties and are on a Wealth Building journey to change the trajectory of our family forever. We want more for all of those around us as well as for ourselves because money is good for the good it can do and we love to influence more good in this world.
