Larry Minsky

Mr. Minsky has been in the Real Estate industry since graduating from Rider College, with a degree in Accounting, in 1988, where he was a member of the Phi Sigma Kappa National Fraternity.  Larry earned his New Jersey Real Estate Brokers License in 1996 and his Pennsylvania Real Estate Brokers License in 2004.  He started with a real estate property management company, LCL Management, where he managed 18 properties, including a retail mail, that generated annual revenue of $8 million. 

In 1993, Mr. Minsky joined Weichert Realtors in Morristown, NJ, as a Sales Associate.  During four years in this position, Larry was in Weichert’s President’s Club awarded to the top 2% of a 5,000 person sales organization in 1995 and 1996, while also being named a member of the New Jersey Million Dollar Club every year from 1993 until 1997.

Larry was promoted to Branch Sales Manager in 1997, first in Rockaway, NJ, with subsequent assignments in Summit, NJ and Morris Plains, NJ.  During seven years as a Branch Manager, Larry achieved President’s Club each year while being named Manager of the Year, out of 25 offices, in 1999 and 2003.  After his success at the Rockaway branch, Larry was assigned to an underperforming and unprofitable branch in Summit, NJ.   Under his leadership, sales increased significantly and profitability was achieved in one year.  Larry was next assigned to the Morris Plains, NJ branch where he managed 110 associates that generated annual sales of $500 million. 

In 2004, Mr. Minsky was promoted to Regional Vice President in Fort Washington, PA where he has responsible for up to 18 branches in Pennsylvania and Delaware that generated gross sales of up to $1.5 billion annually.  Larry was a member of Weichert’s senior management team that provided tactical and strategic direction for the company, and also served as Broker of Record for Weichert Realtors of PA overseeing 750+ sales associates.

In 2015, Larry joined Keller Williams and opened a new Market Center in Newtown, PA.  Larry oversaw the buildout of a 5,500 sq. ft. facility and managed the hiring process for 100 sales agents as well as support staff.  Starting from a zero base in 2015, the Newtown office currently generates annual sales of $180 million. Larry and his wife Lisa are active participants in the Keller Williams office generating sales of approximately $20 million annually. 

In 2016, Larry founded and currently owns Bucks County School of Real Estate that offers instruction for the Pennsylvania pre-licensing examination as well as bi-annual Continuing Education courses.  The school currently has five instructors and an annual enrollment up to 100 students.  In 2018, Larry also founded the Referral Shack, which allows Real Estate licensees to maintain their credentials and refer leads to full-time agents throughout the United States.. 

Independently, Larry is an active real estate investor having bought, renovated and sold 11 properties since 2016.  Larry currently owns multiple rental properties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida. 

In addition to his real estate business endeavors, Larry has been married to his wife Lisa since 1992 and they are raising three boys’ ages 16, 19, and 23.  Larry has also served as a wrestling coach (2008 - 2010) and basketball coach (2010 – 2012) with the Northampton Township (PA) Recreation League.
