Meet Kate.
Kate's career in real estate has been explosive. She has been submersed in the industry from an early age, with 8 years of experience; 3 as a licensed agent. Kate runs a real estate team with her mother Hallie Armstrong with Armstrong & Co. of KW Signature Partners, LLC. She is most widely known for her positive personality and willingness to grow others. Kate has a lab named Ranger and fat cat named Cedo. Her favorite things are lattes, Audible, and yoga. Her most recent read is John Maxwell's 'Good Leaders Ask Great Questions'. Fun fact about Kate: She held the title of Miss Heartland 2016 with the Miss America Program and competed for Miss Kansas 2017. During that time, she has the opportunity to lecture in high schools to her passion, 'Own It: Become an Entrepreneur'. Kate has a passion for both personal and professional development and takes any training she can get her hands on. She has served on the RSCK Education Committee, Keller Williams Education Committee, Chaired the Keller Williams Culture Committee and launched the mentoring program for BNI (Business Networking International) for the midwest region. Kate is currently serving on the Realtors of South Central Kansas Board of Directors & Kansas Association of Realtors Board of Directors. Kate's favorite podcast is, 'The 1 Thing Powered by Producktive'. Her number one role model is Mother Teresa because of her kindness and willingness to give.
