The Mission For My Life Is...
to help people achieve financial security and independence as soon as possible so that they can self-actualize to their full potential and pour into those around them.
Carey was born in Northern Ireland and grew up in England, Upstate New York and Maine. Carey graduated Cum Laude from Boston College with a BA in Psychology and later earned a Masters Degree in Film Production from Emerson College. Carey pursued a career in film production in L.A. until the time she and her husband had their first child, Benjamin. Congruently, they had purchased their first property, a bank-owned condo and renovated it. They accidentally flipped it when they decided to move back to the Boston area with their baby and made a small profit. With her first purchase and sale under her belt, Carey fell in love with real estate and got her license immediately.
Learning the trade at a small brokerage in Somerville, Prudential Buccelli, Carey quickly became one of the top producers in the office. She also trained new agents, including Chelsea Gelinas (then Kalled). Both sharp and creatively inclined (Chelsea’s first career was graphic design), the two ladies discovered they had a lot in common and also complemented each other in terms of personality and skill sets. Carey and Chelsea co-hosted informational seminars in the community on subjects such as real estate investing and development before deciding to move to a larger office.
At KW Cambridge, Carey and Chelsea formed the CG Properties Team and hired a full-time Executive Assistant. They take full advantage of the vast array of top-notch training offered by KW and constantly work on expanding their business and honing their customer service.
Carey enjoys spending time with her husband Joe, a local celebrity chef, and her three children, Benjamin (9), Cassidy (6) and Skylar (1). She also loves singing, road trips, visiting Ireland and other countries, drawing, dancing, running, and giving to charitable causes.
