Saundra is the Proud Founder of Focus On Purpose, LLC, a coaching company built to help people design lives in alignment with their purpose. She serves as COO/CFO of Keller Williams Connected in Fort Mill, SC, where she attracts, coaches, and leads agents in the #1 Brokerage in the area consistently selling over $1B in real estate each year. Most recently, she chose to continue her 8 year business coaching path as a Forward Coach to partner with Debbie DeGrote and Ben Kinney in coaching top producers around the globe. Saundra has served as an advisor and coach in over 8,000 hours of business building conversations since 2013. Her speaking assignments and coaching partnerships have taken her to South Africa, Mexico, Dubai, and all across the United States of America.
