Adele DeMoro, a native New Yorker born and raised in NYC, moved to New Jersey and became a Realtor in 1992. Her enthusiastic approach to real estate led her to become a top producer in her area, a Mega Agent with over twenty million in volume, and subsequently form one of the first real estate teams in her area. As a business-minded woman, she then stepped into the Broker/Owner position and became an Operating Principal of a Keller Williams Realty Market Center in 2003. Adele currently has seven offices in Central New Jersey, located in Monmouth and Ocean Counties, with a current agent count of almost 1,600 agents and growing. She is a part of John Maxwell Exchange team. A believer that everything rises and falls on Leadership. She is the owner of several other businesses and a leader in her community.
Adele is married to Richard DeMoro and the proud mother of five children with ten grandchildren. She is a worship leader in her church and a firm believer in God, family, and in building businesses worth owning. Adele is always looking to teach and encourage her leadership group and those around her.
