My mission is to encourage individuals to perceive failures positively, using them as a tool to attain their goals. In doing so, I aim to cultivate a resilient mindset that embraces challenges and propels individuals towards continual growth and achievement.
I’m Gary Gates, and I’ve been in real estate since 2017, working with the Stacey Rogers Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Realty in Lubbock, Texas. Before this, I spent five fulfilling years as an educator and coach at Lubbock-Cooper ISD.
In 2020, I married the love of my life, Morgan Gates, and our family joyfully expanded in September 2023 when we welcomed our first little boy.
In my earlier days, I played college baseball as a pitcher, igniting a deep passion for the sport. Over time, this passion grew into a dedication to training and guiding the next generation of baseball players.
Now, I’m eager to share my life’s journey, including the lessons from both successes and failures that have shaped me into who I am today.
