Tia Washington is a wife and a VERY PROUD mother of two wonderful sons. She and her husband spend most of their time on the baseball field with their boys. Preparing their kids for life is their top priority. Tia comes from a small rural town in SC and her husband is from New York City so their boys get the best of both worlds, country & city living. She and her family currently reside in Denver, NC.
Tia has worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years in 4 states. After graduating college with a design degree and working as a kitchen & bath designer for a few years, Tia decided to get her real estate license and pursue a career in real estate. Tia has helped many agents create successful businesses as a real estate coach and advisor. Tia currently serves on the board of directors for her local Realtor® Association and has committed herself to being an advocate for all who work in the real estate industry. Tia is very passionate about helping others by sharing her knowledge and experiences in life that have taught her invaluable lessons.
