Jessica "Rachel" Thoene is a 20 year veteran of public education. She served in several districts in several different counties throughout California. Rachel's experience as an administrator has served her real estate clients very well. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table for both buyers and sellers and presents data for her clients to reflect on before making decisions. "The markets can be tricky and elusive, " says Rachel, "it is critical that our buyers, sellers and investors understand what is influencing and driving the markets they wish to be represented in... that will ultimately lead them to successful decisions and successful transactions." Rachel holds advanced degrees from Cal Poly, SLO in Agricultural and Environmental Science and in Educational Leadership and Administration. Rachel is currently serving in the role of Team Leader for Keller Williams Folsom where she assists other agents toward creating "lives worth living, businesses worth owning and legacies worth leaving".
