Matt Hill is the founder and owner of Hill Real Estate with Keller Williams Crystal Coast in Morehead City, NC. More than just buying and selling homes, Matt and his team work to help people build wealth through real estate. Matt's mission of helping others become the best version of themselves has given him the opportunity to teach others about current real estate practices and trends, wealth building, and developing a life by design.
In addition to operating Hill Real Estate, Matt is a trained classical musician with both a Bachelor's Degree in Music from East Carolina University and a Master's Degree in Voice Science, Performance and Pedagogy from Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ. Prior to shifting into the real estate industry, Matt worked as both a performer (opera, choral, chamber music) and as a music teacher, conductor, and adjudicator for music festivals. Currently, Matt serves as the organist and director of music for St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Morehead City.
Matt also serves on the Associate Leadership Council with his local Keller Williams Market Center and is a board member of the American Music Festival.
When not focused on his business ventures and teaching, Matt loves to make music with friends, spend time with his husband, Simon (who owns the best French bakery, Les Ciseaux, in Beaufort, NC!), spend time with his family, cook, and make soap, candles, and all kinds of natural concoctions.
