To inspire and help others realize their potential through living a life that's true to themselves.
I was 25-years-old when I learned the number one regret that people have on their deathbed:
"I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me."
This single sentence changed my life.
It gave me the courage to quit my job in finance, go two years sober, co-found a non-profit, start a podcast, fulfill my dream of becoming a certified life coach, publish my writing online, and start living life on my own terms.
I decided that living a life that felt true and authentic to me was more important than anything else. Despite it being risky and despite there being a large chance I could fail, I now focus all my time on coaching, writing, and podcasting.
I am passionate about living an extraordinary life and becoming the best version of myself while simultaneously helping others do the same.
