Kristy is a coach, trainer, and leader with a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
During her real estate career, she has been an agent, been the CEO of one of the highest volume offices in the Salt Lake board, started a productivity coaching program from the ground up within a franchise, recruited over 200 agents, and created a new agent training program for one of the top producing real estate companies in Orange County. Prior to real estate, Kristy managed a sales training department for one of the largest asset managers in the world.
With over 20 years of experience in sales and managing and training sales people, Kristy found her true calling in coaching and training. She gets a kick out of identifying the potential within others and asking the right questions to increase self-awareness and productivity. She learned that by talking a little less and listening a little more, she finds more ways to be of service. Her no-nonsense/no-hype approach helps agents focus on their goals and implement the strategies that will help them achieve the life they desire. She has a tendency to “geek out” on creating business plans and holding agents accountable to them.
In her free time, Kristy loves travelling and exploring other cultures – a tradition she has passed on to her two sons. This appreciation of other cultures first began when her sons were in elementary school and Kristy led a “Sister School” Program teaching children altruism and global responsibility. The program funded the construction of five classrooms, filled a library with books, and brought baseball equipment to kids in Kenya. Of all the accomplishments that program produced, the one Kristy cherishes the most is that the children in her community learned they have the power to change the world.
If you ask her about her “Why”, she’ll tell you how she discovered it’s all about “living a life of joy and passion and inspiring and empowering others to do the same”. “Providing agents with systems, tools, models and accountability is important, but the magic is in doing all that while building a relationship where the client feels respected, appreciated, significant and valued. Having some fun along the way is highly encouraged as well!”
