Todd earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing at North Carolina State University. He began his real estate career in 1997 as a new homes sales agent for in Columbia, SC. He soon followed an overwhelming urge to go west and decided to enter the world of real estate in Los Angeles, CA where he honed his marketing and negotiating skills representing buyers and sellers throughout Southern California.
In 2003 he formed his own company specializing in pre-foreclosures, short sales and distressed properties. The company focused on creating solutions for any and all real estate problems. In 2009 he obtained his California Brokers License. Combining his love for marketing and vast experience creating solutions for clients in tough situations he launched Todd Stevens Real Estate, a full service boutique real estate firm.
In 2015, Todd relocated to his home state of South Carolina and joined Keller Williams Preferred in Columbia as an Associate Broker and found himself in the Top 5% of the firm in volume sold by 2018. He has served as both the broker-in-charge and productivity coach for his Keller Williams Market Center. Todd currently serves on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) as Chairman of the Finance Committee and teaches classes within the world class Keller Williams Training Program.
