Ryan is a native of New Orleans, LA, a graduate of the University of Florida, and holds a Master's Degree in Leadership. His rich background of over 20 years in the Gainesville community allows him to bring a unique set of skills and community connections to his clients as a real estate agent at Keller Williams Gainesville Realty Partners.
Having begun his own journey as an investor while a sophomore at UF, Ryan entered the real estate field with a passion and purpose to help individuals and families on their own path to legacy and ownership. Having established himself as a competent and successful agent with KW Gainesville Realty Partners, he also serves as a KW Productivity Coach, helping to train and coach new agents and helping established agents better structure their business. He is the owner of Legacy Visioneering LLC, which has a vision of helping youth, young adults, and families understand and value the concept of creating and leaving a legacy, and the importance of ownership within our communities. It educates and empowers through investing, real estate, and entrepreneurship. Whether it’s helping someone to become a first time home owner, helping another to sell and transition to the next step in their legacy, or helping investors acquire property and build wealth, Ryan is the agent you want on your team.
Ryan has worked with the Boys & Girls Club of Alachua County, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and served as the Vice President of the Newberry Jonesville Chamber of Commerce. He serves various community organizations as either a board member, volunteer, or mentor. Ryan also enjoys reading, traveling, family time, and exploring new business opportunities. He's also a pilot who loves to fly.
