Biography

Ashley was born in Brooklyn, New York and grew up in Manalapan, New Jersey. She has been a licensed Real Estate Agent with KW in NJ since 2007. She began her career in Real Estate as the admin for a Mega Agent in her original Market Center KW West Monmouth and eventually transitioned to a buyer's agent for 2 years. Ashley took a step back from Real Estate in 2009 to run a clothing store, where she ran 6 profitable locations across NJ over 11 years. In addition to her day to day role as Store Manager Ashley was also the the Operations Manager, Training Manager, and Hiring Manager for her District, which consisted of 15 locations from New York to Delaware. She was also a New Store Opener which had her traveling across the country helping to open new locations and set them up for success. In 2016 Ashley returned to the Real Estate business part time as a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator for Coppola & Co and in 2019 she moved into the role of full time as a Sales Person and Director of Operations. In March of 2020 Ashley realized that she missed the coaching, developing, and training that came with her previous role so she took a position as Director of Agent Services for her sister Market Center and it's Business Center, KW East Monmouth and KW Spring Lake. In June 2021 Ashley was promoted to Assistant Team Leader of the KW Spring Lake Business Center. She brings 15 years of Sales, Customer Service, & Management experience to her role. Her goal is to create an exceptional and personalized experience for every client or agent.
