My mission is to help young adults realize the importance of discovering and exploring their potential so they would be able to live a fulfilled and abundant life. Help them prepare their mindsets on how to become self-sufficient and achieve financial independence.
My name is Jessa Subang. I have been an active member of my real community since March of 2020 and I'm so excited to be turning my preferred communities focus toward real estate. Apart from being a KW Agent in the Philippines, I'm also currently working as a Transaction Coordinator and Administrative Assistant for the team in Illinois, USA. I've been with them for almost seven years now. I grew tremendously in both my professional and personal endeavors. My tenure with them helped me build and hone my own skills and knowledge of the real estate industry - most especially my knowledge of Keller Williams. With all the pieces of training and classes, I've attended so far, KW has prepared me to finally hit the real playground of real estate. My experiences and learning bring exponential growth and thus became my significant edge in pursuing a career in real estate.
With a passion for service, I am ready to help clients with their home buying and selling needs. As a proud member of the KW Philippines family, I carry the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything I do.
I'm also a Quantum Leap Instructor. I teach and help young adults in my community to discover their purpose and mission in life, maximize their potential and live a big life.

If I'm taking a time off for myself and putting aside making homeownership dreams come true for my clients during weekends, I devote and invest time for self-care and inner work. Other times I dedicate it to my family, especially my nieces and nephew. I love to read books (can't live a day without reading anything), my all-time favorite pastime.
