The Mission For My Life Is...
My personal mission is to help others think big and take charge of their futures! At work and within my community, I derive great satisfaction in helping others to imagine possibilities, overcome obstacles, reframe their futures, and make positive transitions in their lives. I love to problem-solve, map out project plans, create financial models, and help people connect the dots to make a path forward.
Quantum Leap for Young Adults marks the culmination of Suzanne's 25 years of training, mentoring, and tutoring staff at work and through her non-profit volunteerism. She is excited to share her experience while helping young adults find their passion and develop the tools and skills needed to live a purposeful and abundant life.
Suzanne's perspective reflects a life of frequent change and matriculation. Due to her father's career, Suzanne moved often during her youth, attending seven different schools before college. During her career, she has lived in and worked professionally in New York, London, Brussels, and Sydney and gained firsthand knowledge of the transitions needed to move effectively between geographies and different cultures.
Suzanne spent a decade in investment banking, working at both Lehman Brothers and Fitch Ratings. Fulfilling her entrepreneurial itch, she created, owned, and operated her own takeaway shop and catering company in Montclair, NJ.
She holds a B.A. in International Affairs from the George Washington University and completed a finance specialization as part of her M.B.A. at New York University. Suzanne is a lifelong learner and loves to try new things. She holds a Grand Diplome from the International Culinary Center, Advanced Wine credentials from the WSET, and a degree in Digital Marketing from the General Assembly.
She is a fluent French speaker and an active community volunteer. Suzanne lives in Glen Ridge, NJ with her British husband and two daughters.
