A Tuscaloosa native, Nathan graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Finance in 2007. After graduating, Nathan worked in property management for three years while also working as the worship director for a local church, New Beginning Family Worship Center. In 2011, Nathan transitioned into full time real estate sales. He established himself as one of Tuscaloosa's top young Realtors when he was awarded the Tuscaloosa Association of the Realtors "Rookie of the Year" in 2011. In his first-year full time in the business, Nathan sold 33 units, and nearly 3.5 million dollars in volume.
In 2015, Nathan partnered with a group of influential local Realtors to launch a Keller Williams Realty franchise in Tuscaloosa. Nathan stepped away from his real estate sales business and took on the role of Team Leader for the new Keller Williams franchise. Responsible for the company's growth, productivity, and profitability, Nathan personally recruited over 100 real estate agents to work for Keller Williams Tuscaloosa in its first three years of operation. Keller Williams Tuscaloosa quickly became number one real estate company in the Tuscaloosa area in closed transactions, closed volume, and agent count, gaining 27% market share.
During his time at Keller Williams, Nathan has been inspired by the Keller Williams culture that encourages and supports real estate agents to become business owners and not just salespeople. It is Nathan’s desire to help real estate agents live out the Keller Williams Mission Statement: “To build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, lives worth living, and experiences worth giving. and legacies worth leaving.” The Keller Williams mission has motivated Nathan to help real estate agents unlock their potential through his coaching, speaking, and teaching. In 2019, Nathan became an instructor for “Keller Williams Kids Can” (KWKC), a division of Keller Williams that is dedicated to empowering young people to live more purposeful and fulfilling lives.

Nathan is actively involved in JH Outback Tuscaloosa, a ministry that is focused on building and restoring relationships in parents and children, and husbands and wives. He is also a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church where he plays the piano on the worship team.
Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife, Susan, and his daughter, Livi Joy. His hobbies include reading, golf, running, water skiing, snowboarding, and playing the piano. Nathan has completed two marathons and has a passion for travel and adventure.
