Growing up in Toronto, High School was anything but engaging and her love for education started with that first class at Carlton University where she graduated with a degree in Psychology.

Having worked since she was 13 in food services and retail, upon graduating she started her career in the then high tech field of Mobile Phones and Telephony. She watched the industry launch from a cumbersome, expensive, unreliable technology to becoming a tool most people can’t live without. As Mobile became commoditized, she shifted to Collaboration Solutions such as Audio, Video and Web Conferencing which were fledgling technologies at the time. As Telecom also became commoditized, she took her love of technology and innovation to lead a North American Software Division for one of the biggest technology companies in the world. Moving up from Sales, to Management to Director of Sales, Susan’s strong work ethic, her commitment to learning and grit was the foundation for her winning every Sales Award at every company she ever worked for. Her personal philosophy is that if you take care of the customers, the revenues take care of themselves. It worked.

Realizing that she loved being at the frontier of new and exciting businesses, she started her own Collaboration Company which she successful sold in 2010. Taking what she had learned, she became an advisor for other businesses stuck or declining. As a Management Consultant for Telecom, Software, IT and Manufacturing companies seeking growth, Susan’s role was to support Entrepreneurs in Systems, Processes, People Talent and Revenue Acquisition. Including being at the forefront of new and exciting businesses was a company relatively new to Canada – Keller Williams Real Estate. Partnering with her husband, they founded, built and grew KW Complete Realty to over 200 agents, 3rd largest in their market and fastest growing Keller Williams office in Canada in less than 5 years. Today KW Complete is the single highest producing office for real estate transactions within their real estate board. Understanding how KW changes lives, they opened their second KW Brokerage in St. Catharines to serve Niagara which is now the fastest growing Real Estate Brokerage in the Niagara Real Estate Board.

Keller Williams is a training and technology company, a platform for sales people to become business owners. A network of like minded people who are committed to growth, professionalism, philanthropy and giving back. It is this platform and network that allows Susan to continue her growth trajectory and to give back. Over the years Susan has been a Big Sister with BBBS Organization, an Instructor with Junior Achievement teaching the Economics of Staying School to Grade 8 Students and is currently completing her John Maxwell Coaching Certification. Keller Williams and the Quantum Leap Program is part of her goal of helping others reach their full potential.
